Embodied and relational supervision

My supervision approach is embedded in relational and embodied ways of working. I view the body as a source of knowledge and clinical insight, and I invite attention to bodily sensations, emotional responses, movement and felt experience as part of the supervisory process.

Alongside this, I place strong emphasis on the supervisory relationship itself. Through creative and reflective exploration, we attend to the relational dynamics that emerge between supervisee and supervisor, and how these may mirror or illuminate patterns present in the supervisee’s work with clients or other professional relationships.

How do I work with supervisees?

I offer a safe, attuned, and professionally held space with relational depth, where curiosity and reflection are encouraged. Supervision with me supports the development of body awareness, self-awareness, and relational sensitivity — both for your own professional growth and for your work with adult clients.

I encourage a co-creative inquiry to gain new insights and see things from multiple perspectives. My aim is to support ethical practice, reflective capacity, and ongoing professional development in a way that feels grounded, alive, and responsive.
