What can you expect in the session?

My integrative embodied approach recognises that healing doesn’t only happen through talking. Sometimes understanding emerges through body sensations, movement, images, creativity, relationship patterns, or moments of insight and meaning. All of these are offered gently and collaboratively and, I draw on them to support as a whole person.

In sessions, we might talk about your experiences and emotions, notice how stress or feelings show up in your body, use simple art materials or body gestures to express things that are hard to put into words, or use guided visualisation to support you feel calmer, grounded, or connected to inner resources. At times, we may look at your concerns through a systemic lens—exploring relationship dynamics or recurring family patterns that may be shaping your current challenges.

Everything we use is guided by what feels most relevant, helpful and appropriate for you.
